OnePan is from the great state of Maryland (Go Terps!), with southern roots linking back to Baton Rouge (Laissez les bons temps rouler!).
With his start as a self-taught chef, OnePan specializes in seafood dishes linking his roots to his aesthetic, with an emphasis on family -style dining. OnePan boasts 12 years of fine dining experience, and honed his skills, refined his palette and curated menus and “foodsperiences”, while working apprenticeships in multiple upscale and Michelin star restaurants.
Since starting as an amateur chef, OnePan has had roles as the executive chef at a private recording studio and worked with major brands like Martell and Grey Goose and has provided “foodsperiences” for celebrities such as Porsha Williams, Jidenna, Vince Vaughn and many more.

Orders available for Pick up ONLY from 4PM-9:30PM 500 ft from West End Marta Station. Address emailed immediately with receipt. All meals are cooked to order and can be made available for pickup within 20-minutes of order confirmation. Kitchen closes at 9:30PM. Final pick up at 10PM.
